Control your PC from your phone: lock, sleep, shut down

Lock, sleep, restart or shut down a Windows, Mac or Linux computer from your Android phone — by tapping, automatically, or by asking ChatGPT or Claude.

What you can do

With AnyFlow Desktop on your computer, your phone can:

  • Lock, sleep, restart or shut down the computer
  • Show a notification on its screen
  • Open a file, folder or website
  • Press media keys (play, pause, next)
  • Wake another computer on the same network

It works from anywhere with internet — not just on the same Wi-Fi.

Set up in two minutes

  1. Download AnyFlow Desktop for Windows, macOS or Linux and open it. A page opens in your browser.
  2. On your phone, open Settings → Connect devices & AI and tap Make a code.
  3. Type the code on that page. The computer now appears in AnyFlow, and the helper starts with your computer from now on.

Full details are in the docs.

Automations people use

  • Leave the office → lock the work laptop. Trigger: leave a place. Action: run on another device → lock.
  • Bedtime → every computer at home sleeps. Trigger: every day at 23:30. Action: sleep on each computer.
  • Phone connects to car Bluetooth → pause music on the PC.

Or just type the sentence in New flow, for example “When I leave the office, lock my work laptop”.

Ask ChatGPT or Claude instead

Connect AnyFlow to ChatGPT or Claude and say “Lock my laptop” or “Shut down the home PC in 10 minutes”.

Try it yourself. AnyFlow is free, with no sign-up. Get AnyFlow or read the docs.
