Get your work phone's messages on your personal phone

When a WhatsApp, Teams, Telegram or SMS message arrives on one Android phone, show it on another phone or computer — automatically and privately.

How it works

Link both phones in AnyFlow. A flow on the work phone watches for messages and runs a step on your personal phone. The message passes through the AnyFlow relay and isn't stored.

Set it up

  1. Link the phones: Settings → Connect devices & AI → Make a code on one, I have a code on the other.
  2. On the work phone, create a flow with the trigger Message received and pick the app (Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS…). Optionally filter by sender.
  3. Add the action Run on another device → your personal phone → Show a notification.
  4. Accept the flow on the personal phone when it asks — cross-device flows always need the other device's OK.

Good to know

  • Message triggers need Notification access, and the chat must not be muted.
  • You can send it to a computer instead, with AnyFlow Desktop.
