Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using AnyFlow. Please read them — they're short.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply to the AnyFlow Android app, AnyFlow Desktop, the AnyFlow cloud service and this website (together, “AnyFlow”). By installing or using AnyFlow you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AnyFlow.

2. What AnyFlow is

AnyFlow lets you create automations (“flows”) that run on your own devices. The optional cloud service relays messages between your linked devices and the AI apps you choose to connect. Your flows run on your devices, not on our servers.

3. Your devices and access

  • AnyFlow has no user accounts. Access to your linked devices is protected by device tokens and one-time codes. Keep your devices secure; anyone who can use your unlocked phone can use AnyFlow.
  • When you connect an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude, you allow it to see, create, change and run your flows and control linked computers. You can disconnect it at any time in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the flows you create and what they do. You agree not to use AnyFlow to:

  • break any law, or violate the rights or privacy of others;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or automate messaging in ways that break the rules of WhatsApp, email providers or other services;
  • access devices, accounts or data you're not authorised to use;
  • attack, overload or interfere with the AnyFlow cloud or any other service;
  • reverse-engineer the cloud service to bypass its security or limits.

5. Third-party services

Flows can use services we don't control — for example WhatsApp, email apps, Groq, ChatGPT, Claude and any web service you call. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their availability, content or actions, including what an AI app decides to do with the access you give it.

6. AI-generated flows

AI can make mistakes. Always review a flow before you turn it on, especially flows that send messages, change settings or control computers.

7. Advanced and root features

Root features change your phone at a system level and are for experienced users only. You use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for data loss, instability or damage resulting from root actions or from rooting your device.

8. Ownership

AnyFlow, its name, logo and software belong to their owners. Your flows are yours. These terms don't give you any right to use the AnyFlow name or logo.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and availability

AnyFlow is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and the cloud service may be interrupted or discontinued. We'll try to give notice of significant changes, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

11. No warranty

AnyFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Automations depend on your device, its maker's battery and background rules, and on Android itself, so we can't promise that any flow will run at a given time or at all. Don't rely on AnyFlow for anything safety-critical, medical or emergency-related.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or messages, arising from your use of AnyFlow or from flows that run, fail to run or run unexpectedly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending use

You can stop using AnyFlow at any time by uninstalling it and unlinking your devices. We may suspend cloud access for devices that break these terms or harm the service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using AnyFlow after a change, you accept the updated terms.
